1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NextDoor Telemedicine, PLLC website, forms, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Use of Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, disrupt its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without written permission.

3. Medical Disclaimer

This site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider. Using this website does not create a provider-patient relationship. A relationship is established only after you complete registration, consent to telemedicine care, and are evaluated by a licensed NextDoor clinician. If you are experiencing a serious or life-threatening medical emergency, please call 911.

4. Telemedicine Consent

Telemedicine involves the use of electronic communications to enable clinicians to evaluate and treat patients remotely. Benefits include improved access to care; limitations include the inability to perform certain physical examinations. You may withdraw consent to telemedicine care at any time.

5. Patient Rights

You have the right to be treated with dignity, to ask questions and receive understandable answers, to know your treatment options and costs before care is delivered, to refuse or discontinue treatment, to access your medical records, and to file a complaint without retaliation.

6. Payment and Self-Pay Practice

NextDoor Telemedicine is a self-pay practice. We accept debit cards, credit cards, HSA and cash as payment for services rendered. We do not currently accept insurance. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time; fees already incurred are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, video, and layout, is the property of NextDoor Telemedicine, PLLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextDoor Telemedicine, PLLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information published here. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party services, including our patient portal. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party sites.
